What are the principles of LCD and LED?

LCD is the abbreviation of Liquid Crystal Display. Its structure is mainly to place liquid crystals in two parallel glass. There are many vertical and horizontal small wires between the two parallel glass, and the rod crystal is controlled by energization or not. The molecules change direction and refract light to produce a picture.

LED is the abbreviation of light-emitting diode. Its working principle is that in some PN junctions of semiconductor materials, the injected minority carriers will recombine excess energy in the form of light when combined with majority carriers. The electric energy is directly converted into light energy; the PN junction is added with a reverse voltage, and the minority carriers are difficult to inject, and no light is emitted. The diode made by the principle of injection electroluminescence is called a light-emitting diode, which is what we call a LED.
