Small TFT display XTPC14TN02-01 is a TM (Transmissive) type color active matrix TFT (Thin Film Transistor) liquid crystal display (LCD) that uses amorphous silicon TFT as a switching device. This Small TFT display XTPC14TN02-01 is composed of a TFT-LCD module, a driver circuit and a back-light unit . 1.What is TFT display?

TFT stands for Thin Film Transistor (shorthand for “Active Matrix TFT LCD”).TFT

displays are also known as an “Active Matrix TFT LCD module” and have an array of

thin film transistors fabricated on the glass that makes the LCD. There is one of these

transistors for each pixel on the LCD.
