What are the characteristics of TFT?

TFT (ThinFilmTransistor) [1] refers to a thin film transistor, meaning that  each liquid crystal pixel is driven by a thin film transistor  integrated behind a pixel, so that high-speed, high-brightness,  high-contrast display screen information can be achieved. One  of the best LCD color display devices at present, whose effect is close  to that of a CRT monitor, is a mainstream display device on notebooks  and desktops. Each pixel of the TFT is controlled by a TFT integrated on itself and is an active pixel. Therefore, not only the speed can be greatly improved, but also the  contrast and brightness are greatly improved, while the resolution also  reaches a very high level.
The  TFT-LCD liquid crystal display is a thin film transistor type liquid  crystal display, which is also referred to as "true color" (TFT). The  TFT liquid crystal has a semiconductor switch for each pixel. Each  pixel can be directly controlled by a point pulse, so each node is  relatively independent and can be continuously controlled, which not  only improves the response speed of the display screen, but also can  accurately control the display screen. Display color scale, so the color of the TFT LCD is more true.
The TFT is a thin film transistor active matrix liquid crystal display device.
